Greenwood Lane Inc. is an established commercial and residential real estate and property management group based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The company represents some of the City's most pre-eminent corporate properties and residential communities in metro Halifax.

The company specializes in full spectrum commercial and residential property management and real estate services. Our team of professionals provide operational and financial management, reporting, leasing, and the co-ordination of capital / tenant improvements or full project management on construction projects.

With licensed real estate brokers as part of the management team, we are able to offer a full range of Leasing and Brokerage Services - including market value opinions, marketing strategies and overseeing other related advisory services.

A graduate of Saint Mary’s University, Bill has been involved in the real estate industry since 1975. He has held senior positions in various real estate companies throughout this time and prior to establishing Greenwood Lane, he was Vice President of Atlantic Trust Company and President of its predecessor, Atlantic Real Estate Ltd. Bill is actively involved as Past President of BOMA Canada, is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and a past Commissioner of the N.S. Real Estate Trading Act.
Bonnie Kostal, CA - CFO

Bonnie is responsible for all financial and administrative affairs of the Company, including the financial management of client-owned properties. A qualified chartered accountant with several years experience, Bonnie joined the Greenwood Lane executive team in September of 2005. Her multi-disciplined background compliments and enhances the real estate experience of our team.

As Director of Operations, Sue is responsible for the overall operations and maintenance of our managed properties. Formerly our Controller, Susan has a thorough understanding of leases as well as the financial implications of property management. This, in combination with her exceptional organizational skills, ensures our clients receive the highest quality service with strong budgetary control.
